April Spotsville, LCSW-S, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker independently licensed in the great states of Louisiana, Texas, Maryland, and Virginia. With more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field and over a decade as a medical social worker, she brings extensive clinical expertise, compassion, and dedication to the individuals and families she serves.

April is the owner of a thriving private practice in Sugar Land, Texas, where she provides therapeutic services and supports clients through a wide range of clinical needs. In addition to her private practice, she serves as a Lung Transplant Social Worker at the world’s largest medical complex, the Texas Medical Center. In this role, she provides specialized care and support to patients and families navigating complex medical journeys.

April’s contributions to the profession have been widely recognized. In 2021, she was honored as Social Worker of the Year for her commitment to excellence and service in the field. She is also a published children’s book author, blending her clinical knowledge with creativity to educate, inspire, and empower young readers.
